Staff
Our
staff is reliable, experienced, and personable, with our two longest-tenured
staff members having had a combined experience of more than 30
years with our firm.
Kathleen Caveney, our office manager, has been with our firm
for 19 years. Kathy graduated from San Jose State University in
1996 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration (Management),
having received highest honors (summa cum laude) upon graduation,
and was one of three finalists for the Alpha Al Sirat award (presented
to the outstanding graduate majoring in business who is judged
“likely to achieve outstanding success” in a chosen
career) from the School of Business Administration. Kathy began
with the firm as a paralegal and administrative assistant and
brings substantial skill and experience to her work in these areas.
For over a decade, she has focused on and has skillfully handled
all non-lawyer management aspects of running a busy law practice.
Tanya Mallory, paralegal and lead administrative assistant, has
been with our firm for 16 years. Tanya is highly skilled at handling
all administrative aspects of working with the multiple courts
and agencies with which we work, including the California Secretary
of State, the Patent and Trademark Office, the Securities and
Exchange Commission, and numerous federal and state courts within
and without California. She is, in general, a mainstay of our
office as one who is continually available – and always
efficient and helpful – for the benefit of our attorneys,
our clients, and generally anyone having contact with our firm.
