Large Firm Lawyers
Numerous lawyers at larger firms, including very prominent Silicon
Valley firms, use our firm as one of their referral sources for
situations in which the interests of an individual (such as a
corporate executive or company founder) require that such a person
obtain separate and independent advice in connection with a specific
corporate event (such as a funding or acquisition). Similarly,
lawyers at larger firms emphasizing patent law and similar specialty
intellectual-property work will refer clients to us for their
corporate and contract work in order to avoid losing them to another
large firm.
