CPAs and Other Non-Legal Professionals

Many CPAs, business consultants, brokers, and other professionals regularly refer their new or established business clients to our firm.

It is often difficult for CPAs and other non-legal professionals to know where to send their business clients for legal help. The law business is stratified, and very often the highest quality attorneys are found in mega-firms which have little or no interest in serving the needs of small or medium sized businesses. Many such professionals have found that our firm is an excellent candidate for their clients to consider in seeking to find a law firm that will have both fitness and fit for such clients.

At the same time, such professionals often are looking for a law firm that can serve the needs of executives, founders, and others in complex high tech situations. Again, it has proven difficult to make a right match in such cases because the firms that have expertise in high tech start-up areas are the very firms that do not normally represent the interests of individuals. This is most acute where a founder or executive needs independent counsel in a deal involving a company represented by a large firm. Our firm is able to fulfill this role as need arises in such cases and is not burdened by conflicts with respect to its firm management policies or by conflicting representations with large clients.
