 Janet
litigates commercial cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.
She handles commercial contract disputes, business torts, corporate
litigation, and the range of commercial litigation matters that
arise in the normal affairs of our clients. Janet also performs
a support role in a broad range of transactional matters involving
start-up business issues.
Janet received her B.A. degree in 1972 and her M.A. in 1974 from
Santa Clara University, after which she initially pursued a teaching
career. She received her J.D. degree in 1992 from Santa Clara
University School of Law and began her legal career as in-house
counsel for Trinity Properties in San Francisco. Prior to joining
Grellas & Associates, she served as an associate attorney
with England & Belote in San Francisco, for Matteoni, Saxe
& Nanda in San Jose, and for Olimpia Whelan & Lively in
San Jose, where she served as a senior associate attorney. She
joined Grellas & Associates in 2002. Janet is a member of
the Sunnyvale-Cupertino Bar Association, the Santa Clara Bar Association,
and the State Bar of California.
